By creating an account or using Pagelo, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them.
If you are using Pagelo on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Pagelo is an AI-powered website builder that allows users to create, customize, and publish websites using natural language prompts. We use artificial intelligence to generate website content and code.
Pagelo uses Claude (by Anthropic) to generate website content. While we strive for quality, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and editing content before publishing.
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@pageloai.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep this information updated.
Each person may maintain only one Pagelo account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or bans is prohibited.
You may use Pagelo to create websites for legitimate business and personal purposes in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws.
You may not use Pagelo to create websites containing: illegal content, hate speech, harassment or threats, malware or phishing, content that infringes third-party intellectual property, adult content involving minors, or content designed to deceive users.
You may not: attempt to reverse engineer Pagelo, use automated tools to scrape or abuse our service, resell access to Pagelo without authorization, or interfere with our infrastructure or other users' experience.
You retain ownership of the business information and content you provide to Pagelo. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to use your content to generate and host your websites.
The websites generated by Pagelo using your prompts and information are yours to use. You own the content of your published websites.
The Pagelo platform, including our software, design, and branding, remains the exclusive property of Pagelo. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform.
While you own the generated website content, you are responsible for ensuring it does not infringe third-party rights. Pagelo does not warrant that AI-generated content is free from intellectual property issues.
You can build and preview websites for free. A paid subscription is required to publish your website live.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. Your published websites will remain live until then.
We offer refunds within 7 days of initial subscription purchase if you are unsatisfied. After 7 days, payments are non-refundable. Contact support@pageloai.com for refund requests.
When your subscription ends, your published websites will be taken offline. You can download your website's HTML before cancellation.
Published websites are hosted on Pagelo's infrastructure via Netlify. We provide subdomains in the format yoursite.pageloai.com for all published websites.
Custom domain connection is available on paid plans. You are responsible for registering and maintaining your custom domain.
We reserve the right to take down published websites that violate our acceptable use policy or applicable laws, without prior notice.
Pagelo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pagelo's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Pagelo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. All your data and published websites will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion. We will provide reasonable notice where possible.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of Pagelo after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits against Pagelo.
